We want you to be delighted with your Wink & Nod eyewear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging — including the cognac envelope case, microfiber cloth, and signature gift box.

How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page within seven days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method; we cannot issue a refund for an item that does not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Inspection and Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the return meets the conditions above, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to be processed; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it to your account. Items returned outside the seven-day window, or received worn, scratched, altered, or without their original packaging, are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Our frames are handcrafted in Italy and each pair is inspected before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you. Minor variations in color, finish, and grain are inherent to handcrafted acetate and are not considered defects.

Exchanges
If you would like a different frame, color, or reading strength, please return the original item under the terms above and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the pair you want, as inventory on individual styles is limited.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled and must be handled as a return.
